Quick-Med Technologies Appoints J. Ladd Greeno to Its Board of Directors
GAINESVILLE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Quick-Med Technologies (OTCBB: QMDT), a life sciences company developing proprietary, advanced technologies for the healthcare and consumer markets as well as for advanced defense and homeland security medical applications, announced today that J. Ladd Greeno, Chief Executive Officer of Quick-Med Technologies, has been appointed to its Board of Directors. The addition of Mr. Greeno expands Quick-Med Technologies' board to nine directors. Mr. Greeno was appointed CEO of the Company on August 6, 2007.
